My idea is basically this. I have, and love, the new aluminum keyboard. I'm using it with my MBP I love the media keys and all, but my problem is this. When I run the MBP at my desk, I obviously use the external. But when I just have the laptop,I don't want the external, obviously for portability. With the MBP, I have the backlight keys and all set to use the function key to access those functions, through an option in the keyboard prefs. In order to use the media keys on the external, I need to turn that setting off. I'm wondering if someone could make, or help me make, a script to just toggle between those two settings?
