keyboard problems

Hi,


So i have had my iMac for a while, recently the brightness keys are also controlling the volume and the same the other way round.


So when i turn the volume down it is also turning down the brightness...
and also the other way, i have tried restoring the factory settings but noting seems to work....

it also seems like my right shift key is acting the like the GO(enter key)

which seems odd.....

ANY IDEAS

Create a new user, reboot the computer and see if it happens in the new user account. By the way, which version of OS X are you using?
