keyboard short cut for...

hi there, I cant seems to find a keyboard short cut for changing highlighted options.

For example what do I need to press to change the highlighted option in this window without using the mouse/trackpad?

System Prefs >> Keyboard & Mouse >> Keyboard Shortcuts >> Full keyboard access: All controls.

Then tab to the button you want and press spacebar (not enter!!).
