Keyboard shortcut (.ca) with only some iPhone 4's

I have a iPhone 4, on Bell (Canada).

Firmware = 4.3.1 (8G4)
Carrier = Bell 10.0
Model = MC603C

My friend has the exact same phone, same firmware.


I have a ".ca" shortcut available by holding the ".com" button and he does not???



How can this be?

Yes, in Canada, on Bell Canada, fully updated, non-jailbroken phone.

Seems under settings --> General --> International --> Region Format --> Canada.

When set to Canada - we get the ".ca" option.
