When you press the down-arrow key, it moves the screen down one line. I need it to move 3 lines with a single press.

So effectively the shortcut is:

down arrow, down arrow, down arrow = down arrow (or another key that I only have to press once).

Anyone know how to do this for a Macbook Pro (OS 10.12.6)?

I've not used it myself, but it sounds like the sort of thing QuickKeys might be able to help with:

There's a free trial version so you could have a play about with it and see how you get on.

NB. I don't work for QuickKeys - just heard good things about their app!
