Keyboard shortcuts in Windows

I am partitioning my MB Pro with Boot Camp to Install XP Pro SP2 and Office 2007. This is mainly for the use of Excel 2007 for business & school (we must use 2007). Do Mac shortcuts (Apple + ...) still apply in the Windows partition or does it revert to Windows shortcuts (Ctrl/Shift + ...)? Since I am mostly familiar with Windows shortcuts in Excel (and use them extensively !!) , would it be possible to sync a Windows keyboard with my MB Pro and then use normal Windows commands? Or do I have to re-learn all the shortcuts for Mac no matter what wireless keyboard I use?
