I forgot to add - Is there any chance the shortcuts are stored on the old SIM card?

Generally speaking, your keyboard shortcuts should come back from an iTunes backup restore

Not sure why it's not

I personally restore my keyboard shortcuts via settings -> iCloud -> Documents & Data -> on

They are not stored on the SIM card. They are stored in the phone.

Have you checked and are the shortcuts showing up in your shortcut list under keyboard? If not did you do a "selective" restore and left out the shortcuts?

I did my regular full backup and full restore from my 5S to my 6 and EVERYTHING came over to my 6, right down to the icon order on the home page.

Sorry I could not help more, I love shortcuts.

It's ok, and yes I did a restore from my 4S backup. Shortcuts are easily one of my favorite stock features, esp ever since autocorrect has gone significantly downhill in the iOS 7 update. I have literally hundreds.

I can confirm this also...

I did a restore from an iTunes backup and it did not restore the keyboard shortcuts.

Documents and data no longer appears under iCloud in settings

What are the options under iCloud now?

My keyboard shortcuts did not transfer either. I restored from a backup of my 5s through iTunes. Not a big deal, but it's annoying since I have to enter them again. Documents & Data is enabled on both 5s and 6 Plus.

Well this is just keyboard shortcuts, how many could you have that would make restoring faster than just writing them down again. GL

I have hundreds lol, it was awesome. I can't wait to get them back, autocorrect just isn't there yet.
