Keyboard shortcuts not working.

I have a couple keyboard shortcuts for Automator services that I've used for a while. With the latest update they stopped working.

I tested and they still work when run in Automator or the services window. But when I run then with the keyboard shortcut I just hear that beep sound and nothing happens.

Anyone else have a fix for this?
