Keyboard shortcuts that involve power button

There are shortcuts that I have used on my 2013 MacBook Air that involve the power button, such as Option-Command-PowerButton to put the computer to sleep and Shift-Ctrl-PowerButton to put the display to sleep. How would these work on the new MacBook Pro with touch bar? I have just tried them and they do not work.
