Keyboard Shortcuts

Hey guys,

Is there a way to change the keyboard shortcuts in the windows partition? I would like the command key to act as a 'right-click' like it does on the mac side. As of now, it works as a 'windows key' which bugs me profusely. Any help would be appreciated!
