How long before you get hang of the keyboard shortcuts? I finding it hard to keep track of them keepy looking them up on the apple site. Must print them out on papers and start learning them all what is the ^ key?

The ⌃ is the CONTROL key, the one left from the OPTION/alt key.

I guess you already use this page?

I do not know, how long it takes, I am still learning, after a decade or so. But just think of Windows shortcuts many times and replace the CTRL key with the CMD key.

Download an app called cheat sheet. Whatever app you are in, when you hold down the command key for 5 seconds, it shows you all the keyboard shortcuts. Very useful.
