I've only ever tried the silicone cover I bought on eBay (the ones that come in all the colors of the rainbow) and I can say I'm fairly pleased with it. Eliminates the need to clean my keyboard and keeps keyboard imprints from showing on my screen when I close it.

hi

i have bought my keyboard skin from ebay. but i only use it when i have dirty hand. i am a light toucher on keyboard, sometimes, with the skin, i have to press harder than i ussually do. i figured if i use this 50% of the time, i have only 50% wearing out my keyboard.

Don't keyboard skins affect the cooling process of the MBPs? I thought they blocked the air vents from where the fans were getting cool air from...
