I have cleaned the Apple wireless keyboard with a damp cloth and a brush.
I have connected the keyboard to Mac but it's doesn't work.
Maybe is there some residual water/humidity inside the keyboard?
Keyboard is gone forever or there is something I can do?

Let it dry out a while.
Then try it again.

If it still won't work, might be time for a new keyboard.
I'd suggest something other than Apple this time.

Keyboard has stayed out some hours.
Still doesn't match but some keys work.
Is there some hope?
Quick update: keyboard has stayed out for more than 24 hours.
I have put battery to check the situation.
More keys work, also letters.
Still have issues with the majority of keys.
I have removed the battery and have put keyboard out for 48 hours.
Hoping for the best.

Unfortunately the keyboard seems gone (after 12 yo).
Humidity seems the culprit.
Supplier has discouraged me to repair it due to the high workload (result not guaranteed).
So I have purchased a renewed Apple wireless keyboard fourth generation (A1314) MC184LL/B.
Everything works fine.

Unless you're talking about a high-end mechanical keyboard with swappable parts, there's little point in even attempting to repair a mass-produced keyboard. There's actually no way to open the current Apple keyboards without destroying them, so they're pretty much disposable.

Yeah.
Just a shame because the keyboard is 12 yo and it's aesthetically perfect.
