Keyboard Theme Help

I download a keyboard theme off the computer i ssh it to my iphone and now it does not work. Why is this ?

Don't think keyboard themes have been updated in a long time. I've only been able to get one to work and it wasn't even that great.

problem is been since 3.0 getting the keyboard to work both portrait and landscape saurik has said for sometime he is done working on it and nobody else really picked up the ball. At least that I know of.
