So when I plug in my HDMI cable to use my bigger monitor and my USB dongles which contain my external keyboard, mouse, audio interface, hardrives, etc...every now and then the keyboard and trackpad on my macbook pro will stop responding. Not everytime, just every now and then. Just happened again right now so I figured i'd make a post.

Everything was working fine on the macbook, plugged in my USB dongles and HDMI and now my macbook keyboard and trackpad arent responding. Usually a restart of my mac fixes the problem so Im going to do that right now. But still why is this happening? Doesn't seem right obviously. Could be a sign of a bigger problem coming?
[doublepost=1469574886][/doublepost]Now that I think of it, its probably more linked to my HDMI cable than my USB dongles. But im not sure, im always hooking them up at the same time. Hard to isolate the problem. But everytime its happened its been when HDMI has been included in the hookup.
