Every now and then, if I leave my Macbook open and let the screen sleep, it won't let me wake it again. I try tapping the spacebar or a random key or swipe the trackpad (the things that usually wake it), but nothing happens.
I can tell the computer is still working, because I'll hear my e-mail or Twitter alerts. I can press the power button to wake the screen (and bring up the shutdown menu), but the keys and trackpad remain unresponsive. The only thing I can do is hold down the power button until it shuts down. I know this isn't a good strategy, though, and would like to fix this!
I've had the Macbook for a few months and this has only happened a few times, but it's happened twice now in the past few days... Any suggestions?
Thanks...
