Keyboard/Trackpad Unresponsive - Magic Mouse Still works...

Ok, I just experienced a really odd bug...

My keyboard and trackpad were completely unresponsive, however my magic mouse still worked...

I never moved my machine so I don't think it could have been a loose connection. I just restarted it and everything works fine now...

Was this just a freak software glitch?

I've experienced this from time to time, usually when waking from sleep. Seems to be just a weird glitch. It cames back without restarting if you wait a while.

It's been a known problem for years. It's the same issue as the Caps Lock light not coming on when pressed.
