keyboards wont pair

i've bought a 2013 21.5 on eBay. Arrived this morning, but the keyboard has terrible battery acid leak. It will not work at all. switches on, but nothing else. I have another one, from a previous mac, but that wont pair either. My old PC keyboard works, but will not type an @ i'm back on PC now, temporarily.

Haven't used a mac for a while, so a bit rusty! In Finder, I cannot see Macintosh hard drive, the only drive listed is an external drive that's plugged in. I want to have a look at it & also transfer some data onto it

Any thoughts?

Check Finder preferences... should be check boxes for Hard disks, External Disks, etc..

FONTS problem

I've installed office 2011. Was working fine, but Ive added a load of fonts into the fonts folder. (in Library) (from my PC) Now Word will not start. Says "updating font menu", getting to 3% or 8% or 54% and then crashing. Ive got back in & deleted a few fonts, with extensions I didn't recognise. Only TTF and OTF there now, TTF should be fine on mac? Not sure about OTF. Ive also rebooted the mac a couple of times. I can't delete all of the fonts and start again, as thats bound to upset it, evan more! Any ideas, guys?

Excel is the same, not booting. But Photoshop is fine
