My Key Caps app is missing under OS X? I have it under classic but not X?
Is there a place that I can download it, or can I install it from the OS X CD?

As of 10.3, Key Caps no longer exists. You need to use the Keyboard Viewer which is located in the Input Menu of the International System Preferences.
