Keychain Access (on Lion) hangs after a long time before reboot

I managed to search topics related to this but with a minor difference from my case. I let my MBP (on Lion, 10.7.2) runs for weeks without rebooting. I let it "sleep" in between. Come 1 day, Chrome and Adium refused to connect to https websites because of Keychain Access. I launched Keychain Acess but only met with "beach ball of doom". When I reboot my MBP, everything is back to normal and just matter of weeks of continuous use and it would happen again. This is the 3rd time it has happened to me. Anyone has similar experience and has the solution to this? Thanks
