Keychain access password prompt

I use a secondary computer account for a specific applications, and in most cases I need this to have the same permissions and access as my primary account. However, I must have done something wrong when I set it up because this account keeps prompting me for a keychain password for 4 or 5 different programs at login. How can I remove this permission gate (no password prompt)? I have already given this account Admin privilege and set the password to blank (no password) but I am still getting the prompts.
