Keychain Access to a Sparse image?

I have a Sparse Image that I use for password protecting some important files on my MBP. I never have clicked on "remember this password", but somehow, now it never asks for a password when mounting.

It is saved in Documents, XXXX.sparseimage.

I have looked around in the keychain access control panel, but can't figure out how to make it so that it asks for a password again.

any ideas?
