Hey guys,

I just got my first mac today in the mail. I'm loving the experience so far, but I've run into an issue with Google Chrome and the Keychain integration. A website I use requires a password to login and then a separate pin number later. On my old (windows) computer, chrome had no problem distinguishing between these 2, it could save my login password and my pin number and all I'd do is hit enter on both screens - but with keychain, it seems to only be able to remember one or the other and try to use that one in both places.

Is there any way around this? I hope this isn't a common question, I looked around but couldn't find anything answering me.

Sorry I can't answer your question directly, but do check out 1Password. One of my favorite Mac apps for storing my passwords so that they are secure in my keychain but can be used from all browsers. I like to change between Safari & Firefox, etc.

Unfortunately, Safari isn't able to remember multiple passwords for the same site. Firefox handles this just fine, but that may be because it doesn't use the Keychain as its backing storage. I hope this isn't a limitation of Keychain, and is a Safari limitation... but either way, Apple really should add support for this.
