keychain deleted passwords, time reset itself. why?

I turned my computer on today, and for some reason, all my saved passwords were deleted. I had to retype them all for my wireless network, email addresses, calendar accounts, etc.

The time was also reset to 5PM November 8th 2002.

I have no idea why this happened.

Anyone else have this problem?
