keychain export to safe file on windows

well, what i want to do is:

export all my keychain items in clear text (maybe have to do in manually) and then make a list of them so that i can see my passwords on my windows machine.
of course i want to encrypt that file with all my passwords in windows.

so here are my questions:

how do i most efficiently get all my passwords in clear text?

what is the best way to safely store such a file on windows? as image with lots of background noise and encrypted? how do i encrypt a file in windows XP?

I cannot speak of getting the keychain contents to a file, unencrypted.
