Keychain issues after changing network password

We have a network that relies on AD for our users. We have a network policy where passwords expire every 90 days but notice on Macs this causes a lot of login keychain issues.

Is there a way to prevent these issues or whenever someone changes there network password would you have to manually fix the keychain issue?
