Keychain Issues / Duplicates

I found a duplicate under My Certificates in Keychain.

They're exactly the same and one says "This certificate has been revoked" and the other says "This certificate is valid".

I went to erase the one that says it's been revoked and this pops up. Is it okay to delete?
