Keychain issues - not remembering anything :(

So about a week ago, all my passwords (mail, applications, etc) have all been repeatedly asking for my passwords over and over. No matter what I do, it won't remember any of them. This is new, because it had been working just fine before.

I went to Keychain Access -> Keychain First Aid. It says that there are no issues. I repaired anyways and tried again.

Opened Mail, clicked "Get Mail". It asked for all my passwords again.

Well right after I posted that, I decided to use Disk Utlity to verify everything. It seems Library had bad permissions. Fixed it, restarted Mail, entered my passwords. Everything is back to normal
