So I was restoring my iPad because of some problems with the software, and when I went to restore the backup on to it, it remembered my password like normal, started the process, then gave an error that it couldn't complete it at the end. Did it again, but when I went to restore the backup this time, it wouldn't automatically enter my password. I went to retrieve my password from the keychain, but it wasn't there. It was just gone.

What would cause this to happen? Should I try restoring a time machine backup? I'm so pissed right now at myself because I didn't put the password in 1Pass because I thought the Keychain could handle it. Either which way I'll call Apple tomorrow to see if anything can be done.

Does anyone PLEASE have any ideas what I can try? Anything, please.
