Keychain - minibuddyitem - what this is??

Just noticed "minibuddyitem" -app on my keychain (com.apple.loginwindow.minibuddyitem). What the… this is??? Google didn't find nada.

Minibuddy is something to do with setup/migration assistant. I came across it before in various plist.

EDIT: Just searched loginwindow plist and "MiniBuddyLaunch_oneTimeSSMigrationComplete...." can be found.

I’m returning this because I havent find the answer what this ”minibuddy” is... ITS still on my iCloud Keychain. I tried delete it but it came back... Help me!
