Keychain not working for google account?

This has probably been asked somewhere else but Keychain is no longer providing my password for my login to my google account.

I have "Allow autofill even for websites that ask password not be saved" checked. In Keychain, the password for my google account is saved, but when I go to login at google.com the password does not show up. As in I have to enter the password manually, there is no other option. This is the first problem I have had with Keychain.

Any one else have this problem or know how to fix it? Sorry if it's something really simple.

This has happened to me a couple times.

To solve the issue I delete the Keychain entry and make the application re-ask for the password and save it to the keychain.

This usually fixes it for me for a while.

Thanks. I couldn't get it to work using this method so I'm still lost. Maybe google changed something on their end?
