Keychain Not Working

This may be user error, but Keychain in Mavericks isn't working. I have Keychain enabled in iCloud, but when I login to any of my online accounts Keychain is not saving the credentials, even when I click the box to save it to my Keychain.

Any guidance would be appreciated!

In Mavericks Safari | Preferences | Passwords, do you see user name and passwords there, with the option checked to AutoFill user names and passwords?

In Safari | Preferences | AutoFill, are all options checked? If you click the Edit button on Credit Cards, do you see any information there? Try adding some card information.

After a period of time (it may take a while), details should show up on an iOS device under

Settings | Safari | Passwords & AutoFill | Saved Passwords
Settings | Safari | Passwords & AutoFill | Saved Credit Cards

If not, something is definitely not set up properly.

Its not working even for me ,but only for few sites like MacRumors.Its working fine for other websites like Facebook,Gmail...etc

I added my primary credit card under preferences, but I haven't tried making a purchase online yet. I am not being prompted to save user name and passwords when I login to most sites.
