Keychain server login

I just got my powerbook back from apple care...and DHL (Took DHL 18 days to get it back to me after it was repaired) and I'm now have several problems with keychain...

#1: Just tried to get Camino to remember a password to keychain and I got an error saying:

"keychain "login" cannot be found to store "*myemailaddress*"

#2: And no option to remember a server login and password.

What happens when you go to Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access? Is Keychain Access locked? (look in the top left corner).

Why, yes it is. I'm assuming I need to unlock it, but nothing happens when I click on the lock.

Click the lock once. A dialog box will appear for you to enter your password (same one as you use to log in to your account). The padlock will unlock. If you don't have a password set the padlock will unlock straight away without the dialog box.

I ended up calling Apple last night...The lock would not unlock and I couldn't reset keychain...I ended up having to trash the login.keychain file from my library and rebooting...All works great now.
