Does anyone have a Keychron V6 wired keyboard?
I am thinking of buying the non translucent version. How is the key feel (brown)? and is it difficult to see the lettering on the black keys when the backlight is off?
I have given up on the slim flat keyboards, 3 of which I tried and couldn't stand. I need real keys.
Thanks

Love my Keychron K1 low profile brown with RGB. Perfect compromise over the flat chicklet keyboards. You can see the letters on the keys with backlight off.. with room lights on, of course. No room lights, no chance.

The Keychron V series does not come with shine-through keycaps... just an FYI. They are solid keycaps with white legends. Same with the Q series (though there is an option for side-lit keycaps on some models). If you want shine-through keycaps, you'll need to buy those separately. Also be aware that the V and Q models have south-facing LEDs -- most shine-through keycaps are designed for north-facing LEDs, so light transmission may be suboptimal depending on your expectations.

Just to add to my post above, however, is that I've been pretty happy with my Keychron keyboards. They're not perfect, but they're pretty good for the price. And their Mac support (with included Mac-specific keycaps already installed out of the box) and VIA compatibility (including mapping for Mac media keys, Mission Control, etc) is definitely worth it over some other brands that don't really include much support for the Mac.
