Keynote Effects Not Working

Is there any reason why certain Keynote effects won't work on the MacBook?
Please post any solutions....

I have plenty of experience w/ Keynote. When I use the Flame effect it says this effect is not possible on this computer. Reason?

This is a friend of mine's computer. On mine (iMac Core Duo) it works just fine.

Yes, it is because of the video card.

That's strange though, isn't it? I mean it's just a flame effect....
