I just finished a presentation using MS Powerpoint 2003 in Win XP. I opened it with Keynote in Mac OS X, but it doesn't go to full screen. I only get half screen instead. Is there any run around it? Thank you. :)

Hello! I'm having the exact same problem -- I have a presentation that I modified from a Power Point file, and Keynote refuses to display the presentation on the full screen. Instead the presentation is at 50% size on a large black background.

Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

1. The Standard Resolution for a powerpoint is 1024x768 I believe.

2. I have a macbook which has a 1280x800 Screen.

So a standard windows presentation looks like this on my computer:

But keynote can scale things:

Worked perfectly

Thanks for that!! I must admit I was getting a bit anxious!! The presentation was looking tiny on my new iMac and as I am due to present this next week to 200 plus people, I could almost hear the groans from the audience struggling to read the text.
