Keynote Help Please

Hello new to the forum and need some help!

I am using a Mac book pro retina late 2012 OSx ver. 10.11.6

I have created a keynote presentation and can not get it to export to a quicktime movie. Well it will export but the audio cuts out and and does not match what is on the Keynote. I have done research and this seems to be a common issue. Is it fixable? All of the posted work arounds have not worked for me what should i do?
