Here's the deal;
I have a presentation divided into different groupings of slides
I need different music to play with the different groups and
change when a new group appears
The work around I've come to is making each individual group its
own slideshow, assigning a particular song to each, exporting each
to a navigable .mov and then splicing them together in Quicktime Pro
using select all - copy - and pasting at the end of each group.

However when I play it back and the first grouping is complete and I click
to advance, instead of beginning the next grouping (which is pasted) the
cursor will return to one of the first few slides in the first section of the spliced
.mov.

I've just found the below thread
http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1712006&tstart=60

Which would be a decent work around... however I need to submit the entire presentation on
a CD to be viewed on possible employer's computers - which is why I thought of
the QTime export.

Is there a way to hyperlink to another .mov that could be on the same CD and open in the same window, or would a new window pop up, or am I lost? Or a flash work around (I don't know flash, but if were just a splice I could probably bumble thru it)

Again the slideshow needs to be manually navigable so a client could pursue an image, go back, go forward, etc.

Much thx,
Ryan
