Keynote presentation in HD projector

I create keynote presentation in custom resolution of 1600 X 533.
when I try to scale it up on the Barco Folsom Screen Pro 2 switcher to 1920 X 640 because I use a projector capable of HD resolution, the text goes misplaced unlike powerpoint presentations that let you scale it up without format issues.
Any suggestions?
