I just recently bought keynote and I have a question about it. Is there a way to automatically delete powerpoint files after saving them as a .key file? Or even better, automatically converting .ppt files to key and deleting the .ppt file? I know how to do this manually.

Pretty sure that there isn't.

Is there a way so when printing I can have certain boxes marked so I don't have to unmark and mark whichever I want? For example I print a lot of files and want the slides but no notes so I have to change that every time
