I'm making a keynote presentation and it all looks great, but when i export it to a ppt to view it on a pc all the fancy animations drop off.
is this normal? or will my preso only look good on a mac?

is there any format i can export to that will keep the preso looking the way i design it?

As far as I know, no you can't. OpenOffice may support Keynote's feature better than PowerPoint but simply, PowerPoint can't display those effects because it doesn't support them.

You could export it to QuickTime. I've had pretty good luck porting to Windows that way. Choose manual advance.

It doesn't work with Linux though--it just plays straight through like a movie in my experience.

so the quicktime format allows the click to proceed? i didnt know it did that
