Keynote Quicktime export file size is huge

So I made a Keynote presentation using iWork '09. When I exported the file as a quicktime movie, the file size was 49MB!!! The Keynote file size was 14MB.

Any reason for this? It's taking forever to download the Quicktime file from my iDisk (on a PC at work).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
