So the latest version of (iPad) Keynote says you can view notes and next slide while presenting.

That's actually making me consider using the iPad instead of my laptop at work. I generally project off my laptop since I can have answers to questions on the next slide (and know what to ask on the current one).

Are there any compatibility issues with projects created on a computer then transferred over?
I mainly use the stock black on white theme, with object push transitions, and occasionally the shimmer thing to be silly (when showing students "homework").

Does the mobile version show all desktop transitions?


Lastly, somewhat related, I've read that the VGA to dock cable doesn't let you play iTunes movies off a projector. Is that the case for movies you've imported into iTunes yourself or only DRM protected rentals/purchases?
