Hi all,

Colleague has just pulled her iPhone out of her pocket to see nothing but a black screen, with no response to attempts to wake up.

After a connection to my iTunes, it looks like the phone has managed to put itself into recovery mode, and we really don't want to restore it (lots of photos not backed up). I know you can use TinyUmbrella to kick it out of recovery, but for whatever reason TinyUmbrella does not work on my MacBook, on OS X or Windows 7. Something to do with not being able to find libraries - and I definitely have the latest version of Java on both OS'.

Any other software to kick an iPhone out of recovery? This is fairly urgent!

Appreciate it.
