I got a CD that when you try to play a certain song, brings the machine to its knees so that it has to be power-cycled.

Is there some contact at Apple to arrange sending this killer CD so that they can work on the issue?

In answer to your question, I don't know. But have you tried testing it in another computer? If it's consistent, I'd try making a disc images of it and selling it on eBay. I might buy one. ;)
