I backed up my hard drive with time machine. I put in the snow leopard disk to do a clean install and it got to 27 mins left and it told me that it couldn't finish then it gave me the options to shut down, restart, or log. So I restarted it to redo the process and it won't load the cd and the screen is white with a file with a question mark on it. What do I do?
