is there any easy no hassle way to get a kindle book read from cover to cover with the "text to voice" option.(or an app available to do that for me on iMac mavericks?)-the best i can come up with is --if i sit here and highlight the text page by page it will indeed read one page at a time.-
that is the whole idea that i am free to do other stuff while listening and with out turning the page highlighting and listening one page at a time-?
