The watch I've been wearing for the last 15 years or so is a Seiko kinetic. Although it looks like the kinetic power generator takes up most of the Seiko, maybe in the future the Apple watch will have the ability. If anyone can transform the technology to fit, it would be Apple. Wouldn't it be cool to extend battery life of the watch with movement?

You'd be taking up a lot of battery space for something that would extend battery life by a miniscule amount.

I think if the Apple Watch gets to the point where it used so little power that you could extend the life with a kinetic energy system you could just use that space for battery and get a month out of it anyway.
