I currently have 16GB of DDR3 1600MHz CL9 Crucial RAM in my MacBook Pro - spec in sig.

Will I notice any difference at all by moving to Kingston HyperX RAM? It's also 16GB and from what I can see the specs are all the same.

The crucial ram is currently in my MacBook and working fine so far, although I've had the Kingston RAM fall into my lap, which I can purchase at discount. Although I don't know if I should bother?!

Nope not at all.
There will be if you bought different speeds (1066, 1333, 1600MHz).
But most of these are hardly noticeable unless you run RAM demanding app or benchmark.
