Our house's download limit is 30GB per month, and apparently we've used quite a lot of that since the 5th, and I was wondering if there was a way to view how much a specific Mac has used (there's more than one computer on the network) since a certain date or per day/week etc to find out who needs to cut down.

Any help would be much appreciated!

thats okay for now, we havent actually sent any information between computers since getting the mac anyway, that i know of  thank you!

i've just had a look at that site, does it tell you the usage before you downloaded the app or just after?

it tells you the current rate, the peak and the total received/sent so far

keep in mind though that it all resets when you restart the computer

does that mean I can't tell how much activity there's been this month so far?

correct, at least with that program

does your isp have a website that tracks usage? much like att with minutes/texts/data?

i can check, but then its not actually my name the accounts with, I just pay my share so passwords etc I do not know
